Yinside with Stella

For as long as I can remember I have loved to move my body. I would like to share this passion with you. By continuously playing our edges we can stay fit and agile as we grow older. While I very much enjoy Yang activities such as running, Pilates and swimming, I also feel drawn to the more Yin styles of movement such as Yoga Nidra, Yin and Restorative Yoga.

I completed my comprehensive 500hr yoga teacher training with Ciara Cronin in Ireland and with Mathieu Boldron in Sri Lanka. During that time, I found my love for Yin yoga and studied it to great extent with Annie Au, Grace Tempany and Josh Summers. Yin yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies as it releases the fascia around our muscles and bones, keeps it supple and pliable and thus helping us to maintain mobility and avoid injury. In addition to its physical benefits, this practice also invites you to cultivate the skill of introspection and explore your emotional and spiritual edges.

Collaborating with with intuitive Sound Healer and Acupuncturist Melanie Killion we offer an exclusive mix of calming yoga practice and healing sounds – a hugely relaxing and rejuvenating experience for body and mind.
